With such a small population, why is there need for elections? There can be direct representation of the entire population (~600)... It could be the ideal democracy in a certain way. Elikarag ( talk) 23:00, 10 December 2008 (UTC)

Is the Rossford John de Carteret who came in second a descendant of the de Carterets who were the first through seventh Seigneurs (until Lord Carteret grew bored with Sark and sold it off)? -- Orange Mike | Talk 04:43, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
