Didn't Argentina get invited because they were Olympic champions, rather than runners up in something?

Naming rights of the stadiums
The users
Kevin McE and
Walter Görlitz have said that the naming rights of the stadiums should not be shown, so I'm afraid we will have to change the stadiums' names here.

I was referring to other tournaments, as, I believe, was Walter. Look up what authoritative sources did for this tournament, and follow their lead.

I've already told you once, but I will repeat it again. FIFA rules about naming rights are the same in every FIFA tournment. They never show the naming Rights. Since you believe that FIFA is the ultimate source for Wikipedia and we should apply all their rules here in wikipedia, we must change this article as well. There are only 2 options: (1) to include the naming rights in every FIFA tournment's article in wikipedia or to erase the naming rights from every article. Option 1 or option 2. No in-between.
