Deva Gowda was not Projected as the PM candidate before the elections .Lalu was the President of Janata Dal then.Just as in 1991 Rajiv Gandhi led the campiagn and in 2004 Sonia led the Campaign and there Manmohan and Narasimha Rao are not mentioned. 182.65.15.30 ( talk) 14:40, 28 March 2017 (UTC)
