1996 Belgian Masters1995 Belgian Masters – The Cuesport book does not give a date for this tournament. Snooker Scene, which is published monthly, mentions in its January 1996 issue that that "Matthew Stevens... captured a second professional title only four weeks after his first... his Benson and Hedges triumph at Edinburgh in November." He won the B&H title, agaisnt Paul McPhillips, on 14 November (as can be seen from multiple sources at newspapers.com), which means that his Belgian Masters win would have been in December 1995.
