The article gives two different dates for when this occurred: 17 Feb and 18 Feb. 17 Feb is supported by [1] but the NY Times article cited as a source here says 19 Feb. Can anyone clear this up? howcheng { chat} 23:05, 19 February 2011 (UTC) reply
