There are a lot of citations, but most of them come from one book(?), and each page number is cited separately. It might clutter the citations/references section less if the pages were condensed into, say, p. 472-526, even if not all of the pages are used.

There also might be an issue with the score table, as there are no units on any of the numbers. I removed a couple of asterisks and pound signs cluttering the table, but since I have no way of knowing the units I didn't feel comfortable guessing.
