League of Nations members list, it says Canada joined in 1919, whereas this page says 1920. Which is (more) correct? The league was formed in 1919, but its first meeting was 1920. Which is more meaningful?

Royal North-West Mounted Police
According to the RCMP's website
https://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/history-rcmp the North-West Mounted Police became 'Royal' by simply adding 'Royal'. Their website spells it Royal North-West Mounted Police.
