It was proposed in this section that multiple pages be

– There are other football teams representing Akron and Dayton for these years.

Support. While we typically do not include "university" or "college" in the titles of college football season articles, it's prudent to do so where it is appropriate for disambiguation purposes.

Comment There are two unexplained assertions re
WP:Disambiguation. So a determination around
WP:PRIMARYTOPIC is necessary. Article movement is premature without that discussion. Or, a determination should be made that the current/presumed
WP:COMMONNAME is incorrect.

Oppose per
WP:COMMONNAME and
WP:CONCISE. There are no other articles on football team seasons that require this level of natural disambiguation.

Rreagan007: The
Akron Pros played professionally from 1908 to 1926, so "1913 Akron football team" may refer to the college team or pro team, and disambiguation is needed. Similarly, the professional
Dayton Triangles played from 1916 to 1929. Eagles24/7(C) 20:11, 20 November 2020 (UTC)reply

Fbdave: Looks like the collegiate Akron football team was just called "Akron U"
in 1925 by newspapers, until they changed their name to the Zippers in 1926. Eagles24/7(C) 20:11, 20 November 2020 (UTC)reply
Agree with Eagles247 re 1926 per sourcing presented. Nice catch.

Support per nom and arguments above. It is better in this instance to have unambiguous titles.
