Otherwise, the article looks pretty good to me, shouldn't be too much more work to get it passed. Given your pretty speedy response before, I'll won't put the article on hold right away: no point creating work for myself if you're going to get all the editing done within the next half hour! I have corrected the surname of player listed twice as "Herbert Allene" to "Alleyne". He is a subject of the player who's who in Keith Warsop's "The Early F.A. Cup Finals", covering 1872 to 1883. (Full name Herbert Percy Alleyne, born 1855, died 1884.) Cloptonson ( talk) 20:08, 28 February 2012 (UTC)
I have removed link from name of Matthew Farrer as it connects him to article on another man with that name who was in fact born in 1929 after the player's lifetime which ended in January 1928. 217.39.70.132 ( talk) 20:15, 28 February 2012 (UTC)
