I restored and expanded the page as 124 Street is a major shopping and arts district in Edmonton. It is the boundary of two neighborhoods ( Oliver and Westmount), so it would be cumbersome to include it in their respective neighbourhood pages, like what happens with Whyte Avenue and Old Strathcona. Despite it being a mid-level street from a transport point-of-view, it is notable from a commercial and tourist aspect. I propose that the article is restored.
