WP:COMMONAME for both footballers is just "Óscar Pérez" as per almost all references and external links, they don't use their maternal surnames professionally. Disambiguate to standard for footballers.

DrKay: - actually, it says "use the most conclusive of the following steps". In practice, that is year of birth, then nationality, then position - that is order of fluidity/certainty.

Per
Wikipedia:Naming conventions (people)#Disambiguating: "Years of birth and death are not normally used as disambiguators (readers are more likely to be seeking this information than to already know it)". Years of birth are only used when there is no other reasonable disambiguator, such as when people of the same name have the same profession and nationality.
