Tütünlü ( Kurdish: Awliyan, Ewliyan) is a village in the Şemdinli District in Hakkâri Province in Turkey. [2] The village is populated by Kurds of the Humaru tribe and had a population of 2,137 in 2023. [1] [3] Tütünlü has the Güleç (Rûyan) hamlet attached to it. [4]
It is a tobacco-producing village. [5]
