The first phase of the scheme will comprise 1,772 co-living units across three buildings, including a 45-storey, 139 m (456 ft) tall tower. It will also provide 17,000 sq ft (1,600 m2) of commercial, leisure and retail space. [4] If fully constructed, the development will feature around 2,200 residential units in total across four buildings, which were designed by SimpsonHaugh. [5]
