→Firmware: Do NOT leave the Circumstances column for 3.1.3 on "None". This will inspire 3GS owners (like myself!) to upgrade to 3.1.3 and then learn that they can't jailbreak or downgrade it!

→Firmware: 3.1.3 is NOT JAILBREAKABLE unless you upgrade from a jailbroken 3.1.2 device. You cannot take ANY device running 3.1.3 and jailbreak it without downgrading to 3.1.2 first.

I don't understand why this is being deleted. It is simple NOT TRUE that all firmwares are jailbreakable. For example, I am on 3GS with 3.1.3 and I cannot jailbreak! Please leave this section.
