Romania in World War II
It wasn't a "forced" abdication, it was an abdication. King Michael stood ambiguous during the Eastern Front campaign, managing to confront and arrest Antonescu with Comintern agents & Romanian Communists' help. The king was awarded the Soviet "Order for Victory" medal, it can be assumed that Stalin expressly ordered the Romanian Communists to not kill him & his family, like how the Bolshevik did with the Romanovs. King Michael would have must assuredly expected this outcome, regardless.Tag: Visual edit
