Tissue tropism
Saying hepatitis is evidence of tropism for liver tissue makes no sense. Hepatitis, by definition, means inflammation of the liver. It is not a bacterial or viral agent.

Neurogenic shock
atropine would not increase cardiac output, particularly in a shock situation, and would be contraindicated unless bradycardia was severe as you would risk myocardial infarction by increasing heart rate with concurrent shock.
