Origin of the Eucharist
Alright, had to fix Willoboughy's quote since he doesn't even talk about the eucharist. Whoever origionally wrote this must have seen Zeitgeist and loved it.

Origin of the Eucharist
Removed the section about Mithra. The text in question is a MEDIEVAL Persian text about Zoroaster. Vermaseren, M. J. Mithras the Secret God. New York: Barnes and Noble, 1963. Page 103

Origin of the Eucharist
Had to take some of this "Dionysus is the same as Jesus!" BS out of here. I left in the sources but a lot of it was origional research. They mentioned Osiris in there...

Dionysus
Sorry for the outburst before. I've rewritten the section to reflect more mainstream views on it. I've only got one book of sources but I'd like to track down the origional ancient sources mentioned.

Dionysus
I've balanced the "Parallels with Christianity" section. Enough with the bullshit everyone. There's not much there.

Elijah
Removed the textual analysis portion. An entire paragraph is devoted to one guy's idea. A proposition I haven't even heard before.

Star of Bethlehem
John couldn't have been "unaware" of the nativity story since Matt came earlier. Mark or John didn't mention the birth at all. Could be for other reasons. Origional research before my edits anyway.

Ponzi scheme
Removed "If inflation could considered a ponzi scam, then Greenspan and Bernanke should be locked up." from the inflation part. It doesn't feel apporprite.

Fakelore
Took out the "Christian Mythology" link on the "See also" section. It seemed more like a cheap attack than a relevant link. Replaced with "Urban Legend"

Tin toy
Added an image. I'm not exactly sure how copyrights work but my company owns the image and I made this entire page.
