Glottolog is a tertiary source. The sources listed by Glottolog do not seem to place Silesian within the Czech-Slovak bloc, but rather classify it as a Polish dialect or as a distinct language within the Lechitic bloc (i.e. at equal rank to Polish and Kashubian, but still not within the Czech/Slovak bloc). The Wikipedia article on the Cieszyn dialect of Silesian also describes even that more transitional variety as diachronically Polish.
