Reliable sources about Buckby's far-right activity were published before he did interviews condemning the far-right. This must be acknowledged, and has been widely debated as you will see in the talk pages here. It is incorrect to state that he is *presently* a far-right activist, hence why this piece describes how he was previously involved in far-right groups, and acknowledged his July 2020 interview with William Baldet about leaving the far right.

This has been debated extensively and by many people. For the last year the consensus has been that there simply is not sufficient evidence to maintain that Buckby remains a far-right activist, as he has been fairly inactive publicly and often denounces the far-right often. Even this article refers to his July 2020 interview. He is at least a right-wing figure, and he was previously active in a number of far-right groups.Tags: RevertedVisual edit

Buckby appeared on Channel Four (mainstream British news) in July 2020 talking to a representative of the British government's "Prevent" programme discussing his deradicalisation. This is mainstream news. The sources used by a previous editor are many years out of date. Buckby is a former far-right activist. As seen on Channel Four, in his writing as a researcher for the Frontier Centre, and in his book published by Post Hill Press.Tag: Visual edit

This has already been extensively discussed and it is quite clearly established that there is no recent reliable evidence that Buckby is a far-right commentator. He was recently on Channel Four discussing deradicalisation. It is only accurate to say he was formerly involved in far-right groups. After a book on deradicalisation and media appearances discussing it, it is inaccurate to label him actively far right.Tag: Visual edit

Simon & Schuster is one of the biggest publishers in the world, and the Hamilton Spectator is a newspaper. Neither are unreliable sources. Countless other Canadian newspapers also refer to Buckby as a research associate. He is an author and research associate. Facts. And reliable sources show so. Undid revision 964457402 by

Buckby is not objectively not a political activist. He was formerly a far-right activist but has not engaged in any political activism for years. He is an author and researcher which this page ignores completely. It is important information as it is what he does right now, not what he did in the past. It is true. Third-party media sources including the Hamilton Spectator & other canadian newspapers cite him as a Frontier research associate. One link provided. Be objective.Tag: Visual edit

Buckby is still a Research Associate at the Frontier Centre, as seen in his frequent posts on the Frontier Centre website which are all signed off with the statement that he is a Research Associate with the think tank. His work is also published in Canadian newspapers which is signed off with the same statement, that he is a Research Associate at the think tank. He also states this himself publicly. He last published at Frontier Centre on June 12.Tag: Visual edit
