Castel Volturno
Cleaned up some of the grammar, and continued to expand on the Villagio Coppola information, as I have just watched the movie and was struck by the setting, there.

Ive been watching Ghost in the Shell S.A.C: 2nd Gig again, more closely this time. The series contains several modernist Architecture references, such as a scene taking place in Habitant 67 (in episode 13), complete with the canal. Im convinced the Pan-Am building is being explicitly referenced in the series, and this would be thematically consistent. I suppose a specific "episode and scene and time stamp" reference would help.
