  • 23:46 23:46, 22 January 2023 diff hist +2,575 Anne McDonaldThe posting of Victorian unreported cases on the Victorian Supreme Court site has made it possible to establish some of the facts behind Anne McDonald's case. The previous version noted that McDonald had won her Habeas Corpus case, but added a quotation from Pat Minnes casting doubt on the judge's decision. if the Minnes is to be included, it seems only reasonable that an account be given of McDonald's subsequent Supreme Court case in which the judge took account of Minnes' objections.
