The 18 m estimate is simply a rough estimate mirroring the upper TL estimate for Livyatan (discussion with Fitzgerald on Twitter). So there is no point using a purely mediatic figure to use as size for the Beaumaris tooth. If anything the tooth is large but still smaller than most of the holotype teeth.
