Mexican drug war
Removes general claim that the cartels are "supported by the United States through the Central Intelligence Agency". Although there have been specific, limited claims of CIA support for cartels, they are in no way broad enough or sufficient for the US government to be listed as a major cartel ally. Furthermore, the majority of the debate on whether the US supported cartels relates to the Contras in Nicaragua, not Mexico.

Mexican drug war
Casualties not necessarily related to the war -- the citation only claims that more American citizens have been murdered in Mexico than in any other countries in the world. Additionally, civilians are not considered in a nation's list of casualties.

Extremely minor modification: Specified in photo caption that aircraft was a Boeing 777-300ER (As opposed to -300), as there is a big difference in between the two models, one of which NZ does not own.
