United States Air Force Security Forces
The USAF Security Forces is not a combat force but a base ground defense and military law enforcement one. It was not founded on the premise of being the Air Force's "Marine Corps," but it was established to be what I mentioned before. The "Marine Corps" idea was simply that. Saying that it was founded on the premise of being the Air Force's Marine Corps provides nothing of value to what Security Forces is, and they differ vastly.Tag: Reverted

United States Air Force Security Forces
Replaced “SecFo” with “SF.” it is not an official term, and is instead a nickname by non-SF personnel, similar to “po-po.” All Security Forces personnel wear a patch that says “SF,” just like U.S. Army MPs. Removed “SECFOR” as it does not lead to USAF Security Forces via a Google search. I have only seen it used in that article, which is from the Australian Air Force and shouldn’t be considered as an official term. If anything, “SecFo” would be more appropriate here if at all.Tags: Visual editMobile editMobile web edit
