Undid irrational revert. i explained my rationale, and the footnote (I now changed it further to address your point!) does explain that the tiraspol regime uses a name not accepted by most linguists as valid and an "odd" alphabet, but that's how it is. we are misleading our readers if we claim the tiraspol regime has "romanian" (i.e. exactly the same thing as latin-based one in ROM) has official lang. latin based romanian schools are almost all closedTag: Reverted
