It is not "north from the Alps", In Marquartstein the foothills end (Bayerisches Voralpenland) and the Alps begin (Chiemgauer Alpen with Hochgern and Steinplatte)

He has both passports, but is born in Germany as German. As long as he didn´t play a match for the Philippines or is listed as philippin player in an official list, he is a german footballer. Please give a source before changing into "Philippin"!

East franconian is part of Upper German .See f.e. "Das Ostfränkische Wörterbuch" http://www.ostfraenkisches-woerterbuch.de/ Is there a "High Franconian" at all? A lot of german language experts don´t think so.
