Kiyoshi Hasegawa (admiral)
I dislike the idea of fusing the succession box of Admiral Oikawa to 3 rows. While it is true that he succeeded Adm Hasegawa at all 3 jobs, having the box fused implies that Yokosuka Naval District and the China Area Fleet were merged. That's not the case as it was with CAF and 3rd Fleet.

Combined Fleet
Deleted Prince Fushimi from the list of notable commanders. He never held command of the Combined Fleet. Another thing I would leaven even tho the full list is there. Togo and Yamamoto are the two most important.

Edited caption on Yamamoto's picture. Since we now list every commander and show their picture this may not even be necessary anymore, but since he's still the most famous Commander I would leave it. Instead I've opted to clarify that he was the commander during the first half of WW2.

→Commander-in-Chief (司令長官, Shireichōkan): If you want to eliminate the promotions as notes "from" works better. "Since" implies a permanence carrying forward to the present. None of these men are still active officers and all are dead. Additionally, Adm Ozawa's refusal of promotion to full Admiral is definitely more on the side of note to me. It describes an unusual circumstance like Adm Yamamoto's death that offers further information.
