There is nothing in the discogs reference that states that Finney arranged the tunes (and he certainly did not interact with Tuba Skinny, which is implied by the original phrasing).

Remove a mistake I added 6 years ago: Balkan music wasn't significant to Ellis till the late 60's, when he interacted with Milcho Leviev. Jerome Kohl was correct.
