→Literate programming practices: Move "Observable" line to the end of the table: having it first is very strange, and looks like advertising (a commercial product, LP is not mentioned in any of the doc pages I looked at), so might be better to remove it.

Haskell does *not* support real literate programming: you can order only toplevel definition because it's lazy/functional, but that's not LP; also removed some description of the language which is irrelevant
