LAV III
There seems to be an repeating issue of tying the LAV-III variant to the MOWAG Pirhana. The two are similar and both descended from 1970s era MOWAG systems, but the III was an internal General Motors (GDLS) design descended from the LAV-25 family. Compounding this confusion is GDLS's purchase of MOWAG early in the 2000s.
