There is no need to specify both Eastern and Western Catholicism as article applies to both. Also strictly speaking there is no "Roman" Catholic Church.

Real presence of Christ in the Eucharist
Clarified language. Latin Catholic theology doe not say Christ is present IN the bread (as in the Lutheran doctrine of consubstantiation). Rather the "substance" of the bread no longer exists and is changed to that of Christ.
