Removed the genus Phyrdenus (photograph and reference). This genus was excluded from Cryptorhynchinae by Riedel et al. (2016) as it is closely related to Conotrachelus. It may be placed in Molytinae - Conotrachelini.

Attelabus auratus
The picture is NO Attelabus, but an incorrectly identified Lamprocyphus. In fact, this entire page of Attelabus auratus is misleading and should possibly be deleted.
