Maluku Islands
The Maluku Islands aren’t located in South East Asia. All islands are located on the east side of Weber’s line, so therefore they’re located in Oceania/Australasia only.Tags: Mobile editMobile web edit

Netherlands
It’s common knowledge in the Netherlands that Moluccans have by far the largest diaspora of any other ethnic group from Indonesia, so it would be only logical to name them first since they make up the big majority of the Indonesian diaspora in the Netherlands. The other ethnic groups from Indonesia like the people from Makassar don’t have a significant diaspora in the Netherlands, so it would be misleading to mention them, as it will look like they’ve got a large diaspora in the Netherlands.Tags: Mobile editMobile web edit

Netherlands
Moluccans make up the majority of the immigrants out of the Dutch Indies in the Netherlands. Dutch Moluccans have their own communities in the Netherlands so they never assimilated with other Dutch Indonesians. Moluccans differ culturally and genetically from other Indonesians; that’s why the should be mentioned separately.Tags: Mobile editMobile web edit

Republic of South Maluku
I corrected that Maluku is in Oceania instead of south east Asia. The Maluku Islands are located on the east side of Weber's line, so therefore geographically seen part of Oceania.Tag: Visual edit
