Reverted a sourced line removed by a mistaken user. It is a standard on this site in articles of ethnicity to reference the ethnolinguistic family they are most strongly aligned with. The Russian people article, for example uses the term East Slavic as Celtic is done here as well as Cornish people which also uses Celtic. While the majority of Scots no longer speak a Celtic language, their overwhelmingly Celtic heritage, history and cultural influence is undisputable.

Added the term celtic. If the term celtic may be applied to the Cornish People article (who are arguably less celtic given they have a greater saxon heritage) then it can also be used for Scots.
