Saying "in some Western nations" is VERY broad statement. Does it refer to USA or perhaps Sweden? How about Denmark or UK? I think Sweden or Denmark doesn't even have any racial grouping systems and I'm not sure if UK has one either.

What are Northern countries? Nordic countries? Countries on the North side of equator? Is United States "Northern country"? What about Romania, Poland and Finland? This needs clarification as Northern countries is very VERY vague term and can even have different meanings in different parts of the world.

The article also seems to have other unsourced/original research problems as well. Don't know if this is because vandalism or what but article about Universal Declaration of Human Rights should perhaps be protected and sourced+checked properly as it's one of the most important treaties of UN.
