Orange 3 is using sklearn as a library, so its then better to use sklearn directly; orange is a visual programming frontend around sklearn.

I don't think this needs to be emphasized, since sklearn has frequently new releases. It's obviously active in 2019 when it had a new version in 2019.

Add scikit-learn as similar applications. Update to 0.7.5 release (Feb 2019) and list some more algorithms (mostly those that have Wikipedia pages, maybe I missed some?)
