The correct way to write Nurse-Midwife is with a hyphen per the American College of Nurse-Midwives. It is two nouns joined by a hyphen, not an adjective (nurse) describing the noun (midwife).

Under the Advertising heading I added a jingle used in 1960's radio advertising. It was obviously very effective as I remember it to this day.
