Archibald Douglas, 4th Earl of Douglas
→Master of Douglas: Threave Castle was not built until after his birth, in the 1370s so he could not have been born there. If someone wants to argue the point I can certainly back it up with references. Both points are clearly stated in Michael Brown's 'The Black Douglases' for example.

→England: This is wrong. England and Scotland did not merge which anyone anywhere near UK politics is aware nor did the Act of Union change the monarchy. They were made in the same person by the 1603 Union of the Crowns.

There is no record of any such truce. There was no large-scale devastation of Northumberland, just limited fighting around Norham Castle which resulted in the defeat of the English at Nesbit Moor.Tag: Reverted
