I have my doubts, but I don't strongly feel that I can assert/prove that the "freeze" or "ship dates" are false. So it's a gray area regarding how to sort the truth out, but for lack of citeable evidence that (hypothetically) there's "no freeze," or that "chips/products won't ship on time," I'm leaving the article alone for now.
