→Modern scholarship: Fixed various citations, using {{cite... markup. Added dates to sources when possible, and made author formats consistent (Last, First), removed the descriptor "Calvinist "about the French pastor (because that information is not in the source, and so WP:OR). Otherwise broke up that quote, for sake of flow. Suggest its shortening, by removing material that is not relevant to the current article.

Creating a Further reading section—for independent, third-party citations either underused, or not used at all in the current article. Corrected the impression that Baranger's research was only on Chem Education. Addressed the fact that the News Gazette source does not support the content of the sentence to which it is attached. Removed a redundant appearance of a citation to her Berkeley faculty page, and completed/corrected the UC-Berkeley report of her being named dean.

→Early life and education: Repaired broken dead link and completed that citation (with author, date). Noted citing an apparent graduate dissertation page at Google books (snapshot view only), cannot support advisor name.Tag: possible unreferenced addition to BLP

→Research and career: Noting autobiographical and primary source misuse. Removed "hopes" and "interest" language. (Citing only author self-description, and citing a pair of primary research publications—to state their personal hope—is WP:OR and not encyclopedic writing. Need to otherwise source such information..

Someone misunderstanding WP subsection headings created a subsection title using <big>... markup syntax, and this stylistic markup issue was addressed. Same editor apparently misunderstands citation practice, inserted a URL into text rather than properly added inline citation (that too corrected). Finally, they added 3 sentences of WP:OR, giving personal interpretation of movie. These 3 sentences were tagged; a better, bolder edit would be to delete them, and to add an {{expand section... tag.Tag: nowiki added

Added 1 wikilink, skimmed earlier ref. edits for typos, etc. Again, NOTE, contrary to bot-placed flag in edit summary, no BLP ref's removed. Refs were completed, checked (cf.). Ones not supporting sentences to which attached--erroneously placed inline cit's--were moved to new Further reading or External links sections, as appropriate. Citations in InfoBox were moved to main body, to ensure content there was sourced. Rampant sentence-end multi-citations are now fewer, only bec. some were invalid.

NOTE: No sources removed, only moved to proper positions. Revitalised Bio-ITWorld.com link. Returned BA in biology content, bec. it appears in BigThink self-publication, but better source is needed. Moved Precise.ly and Augustana citations from InfoBox into main body; it is presumed that infobox summarised main body content is sourced. Otherwise, checked, edited sources; moved several into Further reading (did not support sentences they followed), and hid Avey LinkedIn autobio as poor source.Tags: possible unreferenced addition to BLPreferences removed

→Early career: Addressed plagiarism from BigThink.com (placed cribbed material in quotes, added citation to actual source of sentence content). Current section sourcing is otherwise obfuscatory; no earlier placed citation supported sentence to which it was attached. Earlier citations seem aimed to make content appear verifiable, when it was not. Employment citations only established company existence, not Avery employ. Forbes citation supported nothing.

→History: Seemingly pretty well done sourcing here, except last sentence. Citation and copy edits: Completed the Forbes citation (date missing). CEs: 2000+ is not good encyclopedic prose, and there was a better way to communicate that the designation of expert is internal to the company, rather than generally recognized.

Corrected the Forbes article authorship and the Augustana alumni award citation content. Noted that lead sources appearing fail to establish Avey is Bahnson, and that this fact is also not yet adequately supported within the main body of the text, in violation of WP:INTRO and WP:VERIFY.
