Modern display of the Confederate battle flag
→Political groups: This quotation and note of this author seems to be wanting to show him as an unbiased academic source. I think his position as library director of the Museum of the Confederacy is worthy of mention. Also, he didn't "note" anything in his quote, he argued points that were very editorial to say the least, echoing the myths and misconceptions that attempt to rewrite history.Tag: Reverted

→Chris Mara: Brock was never poisoned by ricin, otherwise he would have died. That was the whole crux of that subplot, Jessie was made to think it was ricin poisoning when it wasn't. The was the article currently worded it made it sound like Brock actually HAD been poisoned by ricin, no?

Dwight Schrute
→Character information: I am an eBay militaria dealer or probably would never have spotted this, but that it is just that damn obscure makes it 10x more hilarious, lololol. But, yes, even with that I have been surprised over the years that no one I've read online has mentioned Dwight is wearing a 1986 East German Communist Army Border Guard Winter Coat, lolol, I sold a ton of those in the 1990s, again, what an obscure choice of outwear that fits Dwight perfectly.Tag: Reverted

Alone (TV series)
→Location: There was some unnecessary/inaccurate hinting that this series did not take place in the Arctic i.e. within the Arctic Circle, whereas the series was in fact done 100% in the Arctic. I'm guessing the original writer thought "The Arctic" had to be closer to the North Pole, or have nothing but snow to live on and seals to try and catch?

→History: I'm Lakota, things belonging to or associated with Native Americans are called Aboriginal, but this term "aboriginal Americans" is not a thing, lol. Indigenous Americans is the preferred nomenclature.

Native Americans in film
Aloha shouldn't be included here. While Emma Stone's char was 1/4 Pacific Islander (specifically Hawaiian) that is not ever considered Native American aka First Nations peoples of North American so I deleted this erroneous entry. It might be whitewashing of an indigenous culture but nowhere near North America or to do with the universally accepted definition of "Native Americans". Thank you, Napayshni Black Feather

The Legend of Qu'appelle Valley
Corrected title of poem, changed the term "Indian", which is generally frowned upon by Indigenous people in Canada to "First Nations" (I am one), added link to the poem, and just generally cleaned the article up. The article name itself is still incorrect, I don't know how to change that.Tag: Visual edit

Joachim Peiper
Removed two reference to Peiper as "A relatively insignificant combat leader". He was undoubtedly a war-criminal, but this term is very much a matter of opinion. That Peiper became the youngest regimental commander in the Third Reich, and the commander of Hitler's most favoured regiment in his most favoured division (Hitler's "fire-brigade", it could be argued that that aspect of Peiper's military record is notable in itself. The phrase doesn't add to the factual record.

Subject wasn't murdered for any sort of political purposes, but by a disgruntled former co-worker. Assassination isn't a proper descriptor, and feels like it elevates his murder into something it was not.

Finished editing "Wehrmacht" to "Heer" and correcting hyperlinks. I've noticed that Wehrmacht is consistently misused when referring to the Heer throughout Wikipedia... it would be nice if there could be a mass cleanup correcting this seemingly ubiquitous linguistic/perceptional error ~~~~
