Skënderbegas is a village and a former municipality in the Elbasan County, central Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Gramsh. [1] The population at the 2011 census was 1,239. [2] The municipal unit consists of the villages Skënderbegas, Shemberdhenj, Zenelas, Narte, Harunas, Bletez, Fushez, Kullollas, Vidhan, Ermenj, Kotke, Lemnush and Siman. [3] The name of the village comes from the Albanian national hero Skenderbeg.
