Shpenadi is a village in the District of Prizren, in Kosovo.
Shpenadi was mentioned as an Arbanas ( Albanian) settlement in a medieval document from 1348. [2] [3] The village Shpenadi is also mentioned in the Ottoman defter of 1591 as 'Shpinadija'. [2]
And Dusan's chrysobull of 1348 for the Monastery of the Holy Archangels in Prizren mentions a total of nine Albanian katuns
