Shockley Communications Corporation was a media outlet that operated eight radio stations in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Its president was Terry Shockley, who cofounded the company in 1984. [1] The company was reportedly bought-out by Quincy Newspapers (now Quincy Media) in June 2001.[ citation needed] It became defunct in 2001. [1]

The television holdings include WAOW, WKOW, WXOW and WQOW.
