Burke attended Saint John's High School in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts and played college baseball at the University of Maryland, College Park. [1] He was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the third round of the 2021 Major League Baseball Draft. [2]

Dalquist was born and grew up in Redondo Beach, California, and attended Redondo Union High School. As a senior, he went 9–0 with a 1.78 ERA and 103 strikeouts. [4] Dalquist had committed to play college baseball at the University of Arizona prior to being drafted. [5]
Dalquist was selected in the 3rd round of the 2019 MLB draft by the Chicago White Sox. [6] After signing with the team, he was assigned to the Arizona League White Sox where he made three one-inning appearances, all of which were scoreless. [7] [8] After the 2020 minor league season was canceled due to COVID-19, Dalquist was added to the White Sox's alternate training site midway through the Major League season. [9] [10]
Dalquist was assigned to the Low-A Kannapolis Cannon Ballers for the 2021 season. [11] Over 23 starts, he went 3–9 with a 4.99 ERA and 79 strikeouts over 83 innings. [12]

Zachary Dixon DeLoach (born August 18, 1998) is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB).
DeLoach grew up in Lewisville, Texas and attended Hebron High School. He played college baseball for the Texas A&M Aggies for three seasons. He started 61 games as a true freshman in 2018 and hit .264. [13] DeLoach played collegiate summer baseball for the Wisconsin Woodchucks of the Northwoods League and was named a league All-Star after hitting .323 with five home runs, 17 doubles, 38 RBIs and 10 stolen bases. [14] He hit for a .200 average in his sophomore season. [15] After the 2019 season he played for the Falmouth Commodores in the Cape Cod Baseball League, where he was named a league all-star and led the league with a .353 batting average. [16] [17] [18] As a junior in 2020, DeLoach batted .421 with six home runs, 17 RBIs, and 25 runs scored in 18 games before the season was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic. [19]
DeLoach was selected in the second round by the Seattle Mariners in the 2020 Major League Baseball draft. [20] After signing, he was assigned to the Mariners' alternate training site as the minor league season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [21]
DeLoach began the 2021 season with the Everett AquaSox of the High-A West. [22] He was promoted to the Arkansas Travelers of the Double-A Central after batting .313 with nine home runs and 37 RBIs in 58 games with the AquaSox. [23] Over 49 games with the Travelers to end the season, he hit .227/.338/.384 with five home runs and 22 RBIs. [24] He played in the Arizona Fall League for the Peoria Javelinas after the season, batting .162/.329/.265 with one home runs and 9 RBIs. [25]
On February 3, 2024, the Mariners traded DeLoach to the Chicago White Sox, alongside Prelander Berroa in exchange for Gregory Santos. [26] He was optioned to the Triple–A Charlotte Knights to begin the 2024 season. [27]

Shane Liam Drohan (born January 7, 1999) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Drohan attended Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 23rd round of the 2017 Major League Baseball Draft. [28] He did not sign with the Phillies and played college baseball at Florida State University. In 2019, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Falmouth Commodores of the Cape Cod Baseball League. [29] After three years, he was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the fifth round of the 2020 MLB Draft. [30] [31]
Drohan made his professional debut in 2021 with the Salem Red Sox. He played 2022 with the Greenville Drive and Portland Sea Dogs and started 2023 with Portland. [32]
On December 6, 2023, the Chicago White Sox selected Drohan from the Red Sox in the Rule 5 draft. [33] On February 22, 2024, Drohan underwent a nerve decompression procedure on his left shoulder, [34] and was placed on the 60–day injured list to begin the season. [35]

Jacob Andrew Eder (born October 9, 1998) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Eder attended Atlantic Community High School in Delray Beach, Florida as a freshman, sophomore, and junior before transferring to Calvary Christian Academy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for his senior year. [36] [37] In 2017, his senior baseball season, he went 8–1 with a 1.25 ERA and 81 strikeouts. [38] He was selected by the New York Mets in the 34th round of the 2017 Major League Baseball draft, but did not sign, and instead chose to fulfill his commitment to play college baseball at Vanderbilt University. [39] [40]
In 2018, Eder's freshman year at Vanderbilt, he appeared in 11 games (nine starts), going 1–4 with a 5.45 ERA over 33 innings. [41] As a sophomore in 2019, he pitched 34+1⁄3 innings in relief, compiling a 1–0 record, a 2.88 ERA, and 37 strikeouts. [42] He pitched the last three innings of the third game of the 2019 College World Series, clinching Vanderbilt's second national title. [43] [44] Following the end of the 2019 college baseball season, he played in the Cape Cod Baseball League for the Orleans Firebirds. [45] [46] For his junior year in 2020, he pitched to a 1–1 record and a 3.60 ERA over four starts before the college baseball season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Eder was selected by the Miami Marlins in the fourth round of the 2020 Major League Baseball draft with the 104th overall pick and signed. [47] He did not play a minor league game in 2020 due to the cancellation of the minor league season caused by the pandemic. To begin the 2021 season, he was assigned to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. [48] In July, he was selected to play in the All-Star Futures Game at Coors Field as an injury replacement. [49] In mid-August, he was placed on the injured list, and later that same month, it was announced that he would undergo Tommy John surgery, forcing him to miss the remainder of the 2021 season and all of 2022. [50] Over 15 starts for the 2021 season, Eder went 3–5 with a 1.77 ERA, striking out 99 batters over 71+1⁄3 innings. [51]
After missing all of the 2022 season while recovering from Tommy John surgery, Eder rehabbed with the Jupiter Hammerheads and then was assigned to Pensacola to open the 2023 season. [52] He opened the season on the injured list with a fracture foot. [53]
On August 1, 2023, Eder was traded to the Chicago White Sox for Jake Burger. [54] He was assigned to the Birmingham Barons. Over 14 starts for the season, he went 2-6 with a 6.35 ERA and seventy strikeouts over 56+2⁄3 innings. Freeman attended Cooper High School in Abilene, Texas. He played college baseball for the Texas Tech Red Raiders, and in 2018 he played collegiate summer baseball for the Harwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League. [58] [59] A relief pitcher throughout his three seasons for the Red Raiders, he ended his junior year in 2019 2–0 with a 6.89 ERA over 15+2⁄3 innings. After the season, he was selected by the Chicago White Sox in the 15th round of the 2019 Major League Baseball draft. [60] [61] He signed for $25,000. [62]
Freeman spent his professional season in 2019 with the Rookie-level Arizona League White Sox, the Great Falls Voyagers of the Rookie Advanced Pioneer League, and the Kannapolis Intimidators of the Class A South Atlantic League, going 4–2 with a 2.19 ERA and 38 strikeouts over 24+2⁄3 innings. He did not play a minor league game in 2020 due to the cancellation of the minor league season. [63] For the 2021 season, he split the year between the Winston-Salem Dash of the High-A East and the Birmingham Barons of the Double-A South with whom he made 39 relief appearances and went 2–3 with a 3.27 ERA and 55 strikeouts over 44 innings. [64] He was selected to play in the Arizona Fall League for the Glendale Desert Dogs where he was named to the Fall Stars game. [65] He opened the 2022 season back with Birmingham, but missed nearly three months due to injury. Iriarte signed with the San Diego Padres as an international free agent on July 2, 2018, for a $75,000 signing bonus. [77] He made his professional debut in 2019 with the DSL Padres of the Rookie-level Dominican Summer League, going 1–2 with a 3.31 ERA and 21 strikeouts over 35+1⁄3 innings. [78] He did not play in 2020 due to the cancellation of the Minor League Baseball season because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Iriarte split the 2021 season between the AZL Padres of the Rookie-level Arizona League and the Lake Elsinore Storm of the Low-A West, going a combined 0–5 with an 11.40 ERA and 34 strikeouts over 30 innings. Sprinkle grew up in Palm Springs, California and attended Palm Desert High School. [112]
Sprinkle played college baseball for the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos for three seasons. He played in three games and went hitless in two at-bats during his true freshman season before it was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic. [113] Sprinkle was named the Big West Conference Co-Freshmen Field Player of the Year as a redshirt freshman after batting .353 with 18 doubles, seven home runs, and 32 RBIs and led the conference with 26 stolen bases. Stivors graduated from Medina Valley High School in Castroville, Texas. [15] After the 2019 season he played for the Falmouth Commodores in the Cape Cod Baseball League, where he was named a league all-star and led the league with a .353 batting average. [16] [17] [18] As a junior in 2020, DeLoach batted .421 with six home runs, 17 RBIs, and 25 runs scored in 18 games before the season was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic. [19]
DeLoach was selected in the second round by the Seattle Mariners in the 2020 Major League Baseball draft. [20] After signing, he was assigned to the Mariners' alternate training site as the minor league season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [21]
DeLoach began the 2021 season with the Everett AquaSox of the High-A West. [22] He was promoted to the Arkansas Travelers of the Double-A Central after batting .313 with nine home runs and 37 RBIs in 58 games with the AquaSox. [23] Over 49 games with the Travelers to end the season, he hit .227/.338/.384 with five home runs and 22 RBIs. Drohan attended Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 23rd round of the 2017 Major League Baseball Draft. Eder attended Atlantic Community High School in Delray Beach, Florida as a freshman, sophomore, and junior before transferring to Calvary Christian Academy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for his senior year. [36] [37] In 2017, his senior baseball season, he went 8–1 with a 1.25 ERA and 81 strikeouts. [38] He was selected by the New York Mets in the 34th round of the 2017 Major League Baseball draft, but did not sign, and instead chose to fulfill his commitment to play college baseball at Vanderbilt University. In 2018, Eder's freshman year at Vanderbilt, he appeared in 11 games (nine starts), going 1–4 with a 5.45 ERA over 33 innings. [41] As a sophomore in 2019, he pitched 34+1⁄3 innings in relief, compiling a 1–0 record, a 2.88 ERA, and 37 strikeouts. [42] He pitched the last three innings of the third game of the 2019 College World Series, clinching Vanderbilt's second national title. Eder was selected by the Miami Marlins in the fourth round of the 2020 Major League Baseball draft with the 104th overall pick and signed. [47] He did not play a minor league game in 2020 due to the cancellation of the minor league season caused by the pandemic. To begin the 2021 season, he was assigned to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. [48] In July, he was selected to play in the All-Star Futures Game at Coors Field as an injury replacement. [49] In mid-August, he was placed on the injured list, and later that same month, it was announced that he would undergo Tommy John surgery, forcing him to miss the remainder of the 2021 season and all of 2022. [50] Over 15 starts for the 2021 season, Eder went 3–5 with a 1.77 ERA, striking out 99 batters over 71+1⁄3 innings. [51]
After missing all of the 2022 season while recovering from Tommy John surgery, Eder rehabbed with the Jupiter Hammerheads and then was assigned to Pensacola to open the 2023 season. [52] He opened the season on the injured list with a fracture foot. [53]
