Saoussen Dlindah Boudiaf (born 31 December 1993) is a French and Algerian sabre fencer. [2] She won the gold medal in the women's individual sabre event at the 2022 Mediterranean Games held in Oran, Algeria. [3]

Early life

Boudiaf was born in France to an Ivorian father and Algerian mother. She never met her father, and her mother died when Boudiaf was 6, so she was raised by her aunt and grandmother. [4] At the age of 11, her aunt encouraged her to practice a sport and she picked up fencing at a local club. [5]
