Rotkreuz railway station ( German: Bahnhof Rotkreuz) is a railway station in the municipality of Risch-Rotkreuz, in the Swiss canton of Zug. It is located at the junction of the standard gauge Rupperswil–Immensee and Zug–Lucerne lines of Swiss Federal Railways.^[1]

Services

As of the December 2023 timetable change,^[update] the following services stop at Rotkreuz:^[6]

InterRegio: hourly service between Lucerne and Konstanz.
RegioExpress: three round-trips on weekends between Olten and Arth-Goldau.
Lucerne S-Bahn S1/ Zug Stadtbahn S1: service every half-hour to Sursee and every fifteen minutes to Baar.
Aargau S-Bahn: half-hourly service to Lenzburg, with every other train continuing to Olten.
