Rashid Mahmud Razawi ( Urdu: راشد محمود رضوی, romanized: Rāshid Maḥmūd Raẓawī; born 1980s), also spelled Mufti Rashid Mahmood Razvi, is a Pakistani Islamic scholar who belongs to the Barelvi movement. [1]
Razawi belongs to the city of Lahore, Punjab. He belongs to the Razawi branch of Sufism. He is considered a prominent debater (munazir) of the Pakistani Sufis, [2] and wrote a book titled Radd-i Qadiyaniyat based on his refutation of the Ahmadiyya Qadiyaniyya. [3] Razawi has a longtime heated rivalry with Pakistani YouTuber Muhammad Ali Mirza. [4]
