At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 2006, its population was 6,944 in 1,838 households. [6] The following census in 2011 recorded 7,238 inhabitants in 2,117 households. [7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 6,845 in 2,144 households. The most populous of its eight villages was Radekan, with 2,306 people. [2]
