Radio Vikom is a Bosnian local commercial radio station, broadcasting from Gradiška, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This radio station broadcasts folk or turbo-folk music [4] and local news. The owner of the radio station is the company "VIKOM RTV" d.o.o., Gradiška na Savi which also operates RTV Vikom.
Program is mainly produced in Serbian language at one FM frequency [5] ( Kotor Varoš 91.1 MHz) and it is available in the city of Banja Luka and Gradiška as well as in nearby municipalities.

According to a 2006 media report, Radio Vikom was fined by Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina for unauthorized use of frequencies in the Tuzla region. [7] Also, in 2012, [8] the largest fine for hate speech of 20,000 KM (BAM) was imposed on RTV Vikom. [9]
Regulatorna agencija za komunikacije novcano je kaznila Radio Vikom i Radio Tuzlanskog kantona sa po 2.000 KM, a Radio Gacko sa 1.000 KM zbog kršenja pravila i propisa. Radio Vikom kažnjen je zbog neovlaštenog korištenja frekvencija na podrucju regije Tuzla, cime su prekrš eni opšti uslovi dozvole, saopšteno je iz RAK-a.
U skladu sa Zakona o komunikacijama, RAK je ovlašten da primjenjuje izvršne mjere srazmjerno prekršajima, koje se kreću od upozorenja preko novčanih kazni do oduzimanja dozvole. Do sada najveća novčana kazna za kršenje Kodeksa, a koja se tiče govora mržnje, izrečena je RTV Vikom iz Banje Luke u visini od 20.000 KM, navode iz RAK-a. (Vijesti.ba/Fena)
